About the event

We"re Bout' to sweat it out with that 90s New Jack Swing Style. Join me for some old-school grooving.

I need that main character's energy. I'd love to have you in class! Mark your calendar. 

You're welcome to ask for variations if the steps are too complicated. Overall, this class is for you to enjoy, let loose & leave it all on the floor.

No judgment or perfection is needed as long as you're having fun!

- What do I wear?

Come with your FRESHEST THROWBACK GEAR on. (Optional)

Wear what makes you feel most comfortable.

(Sweat pants, leggings, or gym shorts are highly recommended with a sports bra, tank top, or t-shirt)
