Celebrate Life! is back!!

We had such a blast last year throwing this community fundraiser that we've decided to EXPAND and move to Deep Ellum Art Company which will allow us to have 2 stages, twice as many vendors, a local art gallery, Live Art (such as body painting and fire spinning) and a food truck!

We will be donating our proceeds to Genesis Women's Shelter & Support again, as well as the Suicide and Crisis Center of North Texas.

For those of you who don't know, Celebrate Life was started by King Healer and Jennifer Sturges about 2 years ago as a means to spread awareness for Mental Health, Suicide, and Addiction. Both King Healer and Jennifer Sturges are huge advocates for Mental Health here in the Dallas area and at the time there seemed to be a void in the community when it came to a safe space people could come to feel "normal" and loved while enjoying the arts. So with the help of Jennifer, the journey was started. After about 3 successful shows, the amazing soul that is Daphne Moon came into the picture. Who is the founder of an organization called Goddesses Of Light, which is a nonprofit that supports women who have been abused both sexually and physically. As time progresses Celebrate Life grows more and more, bringing new faces and shining a light on areas within our community that need healing.

So come on out to show your support for those in our community who need us most!
