Is this a beginner's class?

I recommend you have some experience. This class is more on the intermediate side. 

Are you up for the challenge? If so, ask for variations if the steps are too complicated. Please don't hesitate to ask me for modifications. Overall, this class is for you to enjoy, let loose & leave it all on the floor. 

No judgment or perfection is needed as long as you're having fun! 

What do I wear? 

Come with your FRESHEST THROWBACK GEAR on. (Optional) 

You're welcome to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. 

Sweat pants, leggings, or gym shorts are highly recommended with a sports bra, tank top, or t-shirt. 

Wear comfortable tennis shoes. 

What time do I need to arrive? 

I recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before class starts to check-in. 

What do I bring?

Water bottle, towel, and your smile.
